order to publish using Microsoft

steps provided below:-
When publishing
using Frontpage™, you want to be sure that you use the following
as the server name or hostname :-
ftp://servername.866GetHost.com/DomainName/htdocs
For example,
if your domain name was http://www.mydomain.com and your account
was setup the server named 'costarica', you would publish to:
ftp://costarica.866GetHost.com/mydomain.com/htdocs
