Host Name: (customers domain)

Username: (customer username)

Password: (customer password)

Used with 866GetControl Manager, FTP and Support. Never use a real word as a password or you may be a target for hackers. You should always use words and number combinations, like 1Ad4g2Sk and ensure that the password is 8 characters long.

FTP Server: (customers domain)

This is your domain name. Ensure you Do NOT use the http://www. in this field. ONLY the domain name!

POP3 Server: (customers domain)

This is your domain name. Ensure you Do NOT use the http://www. in this field. ONLY the domain name!

SMTP Server: None

Must use ISP/Dial-up provider for SMTP. Many ISP's like AOL, MSN, RoadRunner, Earthlink, etc do not allow you to use outside SMTP servers. You can receive email from any POP3 account, however, when sending you must use the SMTP of your ISP provider. This is an effort to cut down on spamming.
