Must
use ISP/Dial-up provider for SMTP. Many
ISP's like AOL, MSN, RoadRunner, Earthlink, etc
do not allow you to use outside SMTP servers. You
can receive email from any POP3 account, however,
when sending you must use the SMTP of your ISP provider.
This is an effort to cut down on spamming.
