AutoResponder
Setup
At
866GetHost.com we have configured the Autoresponder feature
to work a slightly different then what you may have used in the
past.
The
autoresponders (aka autoreplys) are pre-made messages that you create,
and can be used with any of the email address on your Server. Once
you have created the message, then you may activate it at anytime,
with any one or more email addresses on your server.
To
activate an autoresponder (aka autoreply) simply go into your Email
Alias section, and click EDIT beside the email address
to which you want to have used with an autoresponder. From the drop-down
menu, beside EMAIL AUTOREPLY TO USE WITH ADDRESS, choose
the appropriate autoreply. Ensure you SAVE changes.
These
are perfect for "out-of-the-office" messages, vacation
messages, or any other type of automatic reply.
